Application Process
Q: Who needs to complete an application?
A: Each adult occupant needs to complete an application and qualify.
Q: Do you accept co-signors?
A: We do not accept co-signors. Applicants can only be approved based on their own qualifications.
Q: Do I need anything from the property manager to complete the on-line application?
A: Yes, you will need the property manager's account name and account number. Please contact the office for this information.
Q: Is there anything else I need to do before applying?
A: Yes, we require that you view the property so that you're confident that the property is acceptable, and we suggest you review the "Qualifying" FAQs so that you're confident in your ability to qualify.
