Q:  How do I go about renewing for an additional year?

A:  Normally, 45 days prior to the end of your current rental agreement, you will receive a renewal letter.  Simply sign and return the letter within the time frame indicated and your agreement will be renewed for an additional year.

Q:  What general maintenance does the property manager perform?

A:  We schedule gutter cleaning and clean & check services for furnaces & central air conditioning at appropriate times throughout the year.

Q:  If I need a repair that I can't do myself, should I find my own contractor and schedule the work?

A:  No, you should contact our office to get the name of one of our approved contractors.  We are confident in their quality of work and competitive pricing.  If you use your own contractor, you will be responsible for the full cost of the repair.

Q:  If a repair by one of the property manager's contractors costs less than my discount, should I go ahead and pay it myself?

A:  Yes.  Doing so will preserve your monthly discount.
